Gateway Catalyst is a connector that puts licensed research content inside AI tools used by subscribers. The demo covers both the subscriber-facing experience and the publisher-facing analytics. On the subscriber side, users ask questions in plain language with no syntax or special training required. The connector retrieves answers from the publisher's licensed content specifically, not from a general AI model's existing knowledge. Answers include substantive findings and underlying figures drawn directly from that content. Each response displays the publisher's brand icon and names the source, so attribution is automatic and travels with every answer, not just the first. Follow-up questions within the same conversation build on prior responses, allowing sessions to extend deeper into the content library. Subscribers can request data reshaped or reformatted, and sourcing is repeated automatically with each response. On the publisher side, the system accepts plain-language queries about content usage rather than providing fixed reports. Publishers can view anonymized session-level data showing what each subscriber explored and where queries went unanswered. Unanswered questions are surfaced as signals for new reports or upsell opportunities. A dashboard displays content engagement over time, tracks how often the AI cited specific research, and shows performance down to the individual report title. This title-level data indicates which reports drive engagement and which do not, informing renewal conversations and commissioning decisions.
